Please complete the order form below to place your customized removable sticker order.  We will create and email you a proof for review and approval one business day after order placement.  No printing will take place until you approve the proof.  Once approved, we will then print your customized sticker labels and ship the order within five business days.  There is a $9.95 flat shipping fee per U.S. delivery address.  We will include an invoice with your shipment which can be paid by check or securely online by credit card.
